I have lived here at the Estrella Apartments at Kiest for about a year and a half. Things were really really good here for the first year then things have been starting to go downhill from there I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy now if you like sitting in the heat bugs or poor management this is the place for you it wasn't always like this then we had new management take over and it has been crappy management is so crappy they do not give a darn about the residents never update you never inform you of ... read more
