STAY AWAY!!!! I have been going to Estrella for some time now, mainly for the convenience of the location. I have always felt as if They are continuously trying to persuade you to purchase more than you desire. They also try and make you pay ahead of your appt. The receptionist Ashlee was not friendly at all the minute I walked in.. Had a resting bitch face, didint make me feel welcomed as if she was too good to talk to anyone. She asked if I had an appointment 🙄 again with an attitude! Then Summer the Nurse Practitioner didn't bother coming to the room to talk to me about the process. I had to ask the guy Noah for her to come in. When she came in, I felt rushed and not heard of my needs. I PERSONALLY WONT EVER GO BACK THERE! FREAKEN SNOBS

Do NOT recommend for fillers! First off, they require you pay in advance. That should have been my first red flag to go elsewhere. I did, however, schedule the appointment and had Bellafill injected (permanent filler), which I will forever regret. The injector did not mark where she was going to fill and apparently did not have the expertise to know facial angles/planes to fill. BEWARE. STAY AWAY from this place. Got a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN from this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Originally came for a service on Friday. And asked for a quote for threads with NO intentions to buy the same day. But pressure WAS sooo ENORMOUS from their sales person. I finally agreed to the purchase and paid $7,100 , which was way overpriced. She sounded like it was a good deal. It is NOT. Called on Monday and asked them for a refund since I have not used the service yet - Also, I realized it was way too expensive for me. The s... read more
