Awful communication. Cannot even get a response most times trying to reach out to the AMC. Professionalism is lacking and quality is left to be desired. A what have you done for me lately business model that is lacking in loyalty. Cannot suggest working with this company.
The appraisal took to long ( 2 months after scheduled) and when they finally did come out and spend a hole 5 min in a 3100 sqft home with 1 acre of land. The appraisal came back 75,000.00 lower than market value. I would not recommend this company to any one.
HORRIBLE!!! E Street is part of Shellpointe/New Rez mortgage. The loan officers there will guarantee refinance based on financials and send this subsidiary out and bill you $550 well before underwriting stage. Then they will not follow up or return calls or when pressed as to how after 8 weeks and much back and forth underwriting could deny refi due to condo being an investment property, when the fact is that this info was was fully disclosed and Shellpointe/New Rez was even provided copies of a Landlord insurance policy on ... read more
Worst experience I have had in a long time they guy could barely walk or breathe for that matter rushed thru the house and than appraised the house poorly my mortgage company (new rez) says they vetted this company I canceled the entire deal after they got me for $.550 for the appraisal just be careful if this the company doing your appraisal demand someone else.
