I had a very disappointing experience working with Scott Gabriel on a property transaction. He used me as a bait and switch, to beef the number up, after the property sat dormant for 3 years. Multiple verbal/text agreements were made, only to have the seller suddenly "need more" after seeing what her net profits were going to be.
