I just purchased a 2nd hand chimscan setup. I called to get a couple new lenses for it and the woman I spoke to was great, very pleasant very helpful and even asked if I had received a manual with the camera. I told her "no" and she said that they would put one in the box with my shipment. Well I just expected a printed copy. What I received was a nice new binder with a color copy of the actual manual. Everyone was excited to see the "lighthouse" combo camera. Tom and Ester continue to develop tools to promote professionalism for our industry. The chim-scan has been a tremendous business growth opportunity. When we decided to scan every chimney possible without extra charge it elevated us into a top tier Chimneysweep operation. Credibility is easily conveyed if you can visually document an inspection; a picture is worth a thousand words.
