Best gym in all the land
It’s my first time doing CrossFit. Luis and the members at ESTLR have made it a really positive experience so far. Luis is patient, gives thorough explanation of the movements and offers alternatives while I work my strength up. The workouts are great and both the members and coaches will encourage you along the way. Definitely happy with my decision to join.
The workouts are really intense! Luis was my coach today for the 12:00 pm class and it was my first time. He was attentive and took extra time to make sure you nail your form for workouts where it needs to be. It’s a mostly male class (I was the only girl) but the trainer will work with you to modify certain workouts especially if you just ask. Eli was awesome. Loved the workout and felt challenged and encouraged. Nice people all around and good culture. Excited to go back.
Will drop into this gym from time to time when I visit LA gotta say great atmosphere, great people, and Luis is a great coach and very personable with clients. Would recommend this gym if living in LA or dropping in.
