I love this gym. Been here for 8 years and have never had an issue. Instructors are amazing and friendly. The gym members are also great! My 10 year old son wanted to work out and I asked for pricing for him to join me on saturdays. Darren, the owner, said he can come in for free. My son loves it and all the members are amazing with him. I recommend this gym to everyone!

I’m a beginner weightlifter and wanted to learn how to clean. I took personal coaching sessions with Darren, and he was extremely helpful in teaching me the movement and helping me reach my goals. He broke down the technique in a way that was easy to understand and provided useful feedback throughout the process. Decent community. The gym felt/looked dirty when I was a member there a couple of years ago. Don’t think it’s gotten better. For the price I’d expect a cleaner place. The owner cancelled my subscription when I was trying to find a solution for not leaving my newly adopted dog at home and asked for a month long freeze to figure it out. Felt like I was kicked out. I wouldn’t go back.
Amazing location with every equipment you may need. The community is strong and you will feel empowered to keep going while turning fitness into a fun habit! Highly recommend this gym to all fitness levels and backgrounds.
