My husband bought me a Herman Miller Aeron chair from Estilo, and it is absolutely amazing- so comfortable and beautifully made. Zoe in the showroom was wonderful; she explained everything clearly and helped us choose the right chair with such patience and care. There was a small issue with delivery, but the way the team hadled it completely changed my experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Would put 0 stars if I could. Didn’t receive my item. They would always reply and communicate initially by making excuses for months about it being out of stock or the wrong colour then when I still hadn’t received it I asked for a refund which they approved and then didn’t receive my refund. Now they are not replying to emails. ABSOLUTE SCAM & THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING ALL ALONG.
Caution- Never buy anything from this website. Order hasn’t arrived even 3 months after ordering. Item cannot be tracked and they are not even ready to refund my money.
Really good service from Jamila at the showroom. I initially called and asked a lot of questions about two Herman Miller chairs I was interested in. I went to the showroom to try them both and she was very helpful, gave me some really good insight on both, and gave me a good price and quote very quickly. I bought the chair, and she had it ready for collection the next morning at the warehouse in Kent Town. Very happy and appreciated the communication and assistance.
