My friend and I made an appointment around 4 weeks in advance to have spray tans done before graduation. On the day of our appointment, we arrived to find that the store was closed (sign removed and everything). After calling the Memphis location we were told that Esthetiques was closed for the summer. Apparently the location closed right around the same time that we made the appointment. We were NEVER called or notified in any way!!! Loved their spray tans, but I will never go back after this poor customer service.

the best facials – i regularly get facials here and am blown away by the estheticians and the wonderful facials. i have had a facial with brandy and and also with emily and i can't tell them apart, they both always do such and amazing job and my skin has never looked better. oxford really needed a place like this!
