Ellie is not only incredibly professional, but also calm, genuinely thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and the quality of her work. The space is clean and peaceful, with soft music that instantly helps you relax. I’ve had a lovely experience each time and always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of.
