Was thinking about a pixie cut and Shannon's personal intuition knew I wasn't "ready" to go so drastically short. She made me feel so at ease (for the first time all day) and she gave me one of the best cuts I think I've ever had!!! I LOVE MY angled cut/bob and I'm so happy I didn't chop all my hair off.
