It is terrible experience with Dr Liu. Honestly, if I could give -5, she deserves it. Couple of issues: - super long waiting time, does not respect your time - what she cares is the appointment to make she earn money. I did one test, even the test result is good, she was asking to book two appointments to review. She saved my life. If it wasn’t for the care, the attention, Doctor Esther guided me out of a deep dark mental state. I would not be here today. I found the will to live and lost weight! She’s a gem.
A terrible experience. The waiting room was packed like zombies. Showed up 10 minutes before the appointment but was told not early enough and rescheduled me 8 months later. No thanks, you're not that great of a doctor. Start acting like a human being. Pretty full of herself. Stay away from this one.
So hard to contact her. I called her office multiple times and I needed to have a document signed, and faxed it to her office once before they wanted me to do it again and again. Very frustrated!!!
I just had a wellness check up and Dr Liu was my primary care physician. She is very kind and caring medical professional. I will defintely go back to her for future annual check up. Thank you Dr Liu and swedish medical staff, they are awesome team and highly recommended to anyone who seek well experienced medical professionals
