No maid service, mouse poop in kitchen, dirty and unlighted steps/hallway, no garbage can or working hair dryer in our room. Hotel is falling apart and mice observed running in main lobby. No pool. Hot tubs are dilapidated. NO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
stayed let year paid full price and room had no hot water in the shower front desk said oh well we will look into it during the down times
Dirty rooms, nothing worked properly, pool not in order. Uncomfortable beds.
Their promotions are a fraud. Their rooms are filthy, the pool has no water. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Dead bugs everywhere, cobwebs everywhere, hair on every pillow case and pillow! Everything was super outdated and either broken or damaged!! Ended up leaving!!
