when businesses turn bad – Used them for years because they were a family business like ours and seemed to be dedicated. This all changed in the last year, This is ironic because the economy has forced companies to be a little more compliant in general but not ESTES. They would make tentative appointments and never make them permanent. They always had excuses of being so busy, etc. I used to think that loyalty to a company would get some sort of equal response in return but not so. Their serice has definitely gone way down
