Estes Services ruined my AC unit. They came out for a simple request for my upstairs area to help with zone cooling for one bedroom which wasn’t getting quite as cool as the other rooms. Unfortunately they sold me on their “service plan” to tune and clean all of my house AC units. I had no issues with the cooling and functioning of any of my AC’s before. "Best There Is" If you need a reliable air conditioning/ heating company this is the one. I have been using this company for over 7 years and they have NEVER let me down. They have friendly and knowledgeable service techs that do what they say their gonna do when they say they are gonna do it. Great Service As Always – I am a regular customer of Estes and recently had a service call on my system. As usual, great service. The customer service people were friendly when I called. They were able to accommodate me with scheduling a service call around my busy schedule. The technician arrived on time and explained all options available to me in order to resolve my issue. Just great service from start to finish. Thanks Estes, customer for life.
Do not use Estes Estes Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc has been a nightmare. The installation crew??s professionalism was very poor and craftsmanship worse. First the installers showed up late and took twice as long to install the Carrier Gas Furnace and A/C unit. One of the installers chewed tobacco during the entire installation process. Great On Time Service They saved me more than one in winter or summer with their quick response. The owner always uses his Yellow Lab "Jake" on his advertisements. This is probably why I noticed it.
Response – The review "when businesses turn bad" is unfair. Since this person does not identify who they are we can't respond directly to them. I assure you Estes Heating and Air has NOT 'gone bad' . We are committed more than ever to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. This person probably called on an extremely HOT day in August and we may not have been able to immediately respond. Estes Heating & Air Cond Inc is good for service Use these for annual service contract. They come out in the fall and the spring to service my furnace and air conditioner. They never try to sell me anything else. I love that.
