I am the Executive Director of Crossroads Ministry, and we have been partnering with Good Sam's for almost decade in providing nutritious meals to our neighbors who participate in our Meals on Wheels delivery program. We have a strong working relationship with the staff at Good Sam's, and have thoroughly enjoyed the collaborative spirit of working together on this much needed program in our community. We are grateful for their compassionate generosity, and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

If I could give this facility zero stars I would. I’m travel cna from Jax fl and was giving a contract with this facility. From day one I was a target and I didn’t want to make it about race but being the only brown female on the team I feel I was a target from the start. I wasn’t properly trained or giving the “rules” of the facility as far as what is instructed to do on down time and instead of being corrected the facility ended my contract because they thought I wasn’t a good “fit”.
