Dr. Estes evaluation throws his support to the individuals predating time with him. His office leaves the Release of Information very available, as it is heavily relied on.
The secretary was very thorough and gave me lots of good advice and suggestions in regards to getting my child some help. Haven’t worked with the Dr. as of yet, but the secretary certainly answered my questions and also gave me a lot of options to explore. That kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays.

Testing was thorough, and they explained the results very well and pointed me in the right direction. The administration side of things needs help. Emails or phone calls took 2 or 3 days to get a response. I've been waiting on my results to be sent to my therapist and doctor for over a month now. I was told it would take two weeks at most
