Horrible customer service. They lost 1 of 4 items and they had no clue where and never returned my calls for updates. The item was a large oven so it's very hard to miss and since they never contacted me back they must never have found it if they even looked for it. The replacement shipment has been sitting in town for a week and I'm getting no response from estes. Finally got through in the chat and they stated they don't have an answer for me, were upgrading it for internal review, but to give it at least 24 hours for it ... read more
