Estes is by far the best freight company out there. Jason, the terminal manager, is incredibly professional and always takes care of any issues right away (which are rare). Tom is an amazing salesman—one of the best I’ve ever worked with. After 20+ years with Estes, I can confidently say the Charleston terminal is the best. Highly recommend!
Great service and staff. Everything is always correct in the order and they are quick to get you loaded and out on the road.
David our delivery man went above and beyond. We had 16000 lbs of tile shipped from Iowa. The company was fast and kept us informed of all tracking. We were missing one crate, and the company quickly found it with the help of the north charleston staff. ( i think judy was her nsme) but all was resolved very quickly and friendly. Also, it is nice to see that the employees enjoy working for the company. Thank you again.
Their driver Daren A was wonderful. He was very safety conscious which we appreciated . 5 stars to Daren for being great at his profession and loving his job.
