Been an ordeal with my package late and only had to travel 40 minutes and is still waiting 5 days after supposed to out for delivery. Finally received my package driver was nice and professional, company was terrible with scheduling and communication
Received our delivery late and very heavily damaged, and before you give me an email to contact for further communication just know we already have and have failed to get a response from anyone.
My $4,000 arcade game came heavily damaged and did not arrive even close to on time. I'm not sure how Fastenal Bluefreight can do a perfect delivery for $200 whereas Estes Express destroyed my delivery for $800.
