Receiving my delivery was a nightmare, We had ordered flooring, this company was suppose to deliver on Thursday. Called that evening to be told it was on a semi and had to be delivered on a box truck on Friday, Friday I called at 3:30 because I hadn't seen a delivery to be told again it was on a semi it would have to come on the box truck Monday, in the middle of all this I expressed that if someone would've called I could of met him somewhere. Did not contact me about delivery, left delivery in very inconvenient spot
Several times Estes has failed to show up for a scheduled pickup. They don't even have the decency to call and let us know they won't be there. Even after a no show, they fail to re-enter for pick up on the next day. They have sent shipment for a delivery to Mayfield, KS instead of Mayfield, KY. We have rate quotes that were tripled from what was received. WE have been billed when all the information for third party billing has been entered. As a business, we won't use Estes anymore but some of our customers do.
You’re better off dealing with people who care. Incredibly unprofessional and the driver banged up the walls inside my restaurant. When I called, the person I spoke with responded by telling me that next time they won’t do me the favor of bringing the equipment inside 🤣 Then he said “stop crying about your walls” Plenty of other options out there
400lb Piano was delivered on a pallet in front of my home 30 feet from the front door. Driver didn’t bother to call, ring the door bell or even honk as he left the 400lb item. Fortunately a neighbor saw it and covered with a tarp before the rain destroyed it. My bill states i paid a residential delivery fee. After calling and sharing my concern i received nothing but excuses. Not even a hint of an apology. So much for customer service.
