Home Depot outsourced my delivery for 4 pallets of granite cobblestone pavers. Estes does not supply their drivers with proper machinery for these type of deliveries. The driver was unable to leave the pallets in the yard at the curb. Instead they were left in the road, impeding traffic. I had to unload and then reload thousands of pounds of pavers in order to get them out of the road and stop impeding traffic. Would not recommend for large delivers unless you have a forklift sitting around.

My phone call was very informative and the lady was very courteous.
Went to pick up and arrived at the gate. Female on speaker said "come on in". I did but had no idea where to go. Painting on pavement stated "keep right". We'll, I did and had to park and go into a break room to ask where to go. They told me that pick up i should've turn left and went to the other end of the building. Then it took a long time to bring out my item. The forklift driver scratched the paint off loading my car lift. It was NOT a good experience!!!!
