Scheduled delivery via a text link sent to me. Got a confirmation of delivery time/date. Only for it to say delayed the day of. They called and said I had not scheduled a time. Maybe it was a computer error but very odd, since I got a confirmation text. Spoke with a woman who said you have to sign for all deliveries even tho it let me sign up for unattended delivery. They rescheduled and it came the second time. Roger was the delivery guy and he was great. Definitely went the extra mile and very personable.
My husband and I have been waiting on communication regarding a delivery that Estes is doing for an order we placed through Home Depot. I was supposed to receive a call back, I ended up called them back, for them to tell me they cannot find my items. How is that exceptable? Very unhappy.
This place is the best, and real good at what they do and how they get it done
