I rescheduled my delivery because of a road closure, yet the company still attempted delivery on the original delivery date. I asked them to return at a later time because I did not have anyone available to help me with the delivery. Despite this, a refusal fee of more than $100 was charged. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! I WAS GIVEN 3 DIFFERENT ETA'S BUT WORST PART WHICH I COULDNT BELIVE WAS THAT I CALLED WAITING ON HOLD & THE FEMALE REP THAT ANSWRED THE CALL HUNG UP ON ME I CALLED BACK 5 TIMES AND IT KEPT HAPPENING IF SOMEONE READING THIS & WANTS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CHECK YOUR CALL LOG FROM 2:30-2:40 I DID END UP SPEAKING TO SOMEONE DONALD HE WAS VERY KIND & HELPFUL
