STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! I WAS GIVEN 3 DIFFERENT ETA'S BUT WORST PART WHICH I COULDNT BELIVE WAS THAT I CALLED WAITING ON HOLD & THE FEMALE REP THAT ANSWRED THE CALL HUNG UP ON ME I CALLED BACK 5 TIMES AND IT KEPT HAPPENING IF SOMEONE READING THIS & WANTS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CHECK YOUR CALL LOG FROM 2:30-2:40 I DID END UP SPEAKING TO SOMEONE DONALD HE WAS VERY KIND & HELPFUL
Jose did an amazing job unloading a very heavy load solo. Very Impressive.
4 missed pick up. They don’t call or communicate before arrival or when a pick up is scheduled. This company sucks. They finally went to my house after a month, scheduled 4 times a pick up, they got there and they didn’t pick up the mattress. Then I called to find out what happened and they said that the driver couldn’t get in, which was a lie because they did and I saw him on camera outside the house, his name was Brian Ruch, he got a pass to get in since it’s a gated community, I authorized it.
