I was very pleased with this company. The original HVAC installer on my 3 yr old house who had performed the 6 month preventative maintenance each time sold his business so I called Estes and Cain. The technician (Parker) checked my unit and noticed it was not reading as it should. He asked me if I had noticed the unit not keeping up and I had noticed this when the temps were extreme ever since the house was built(summer and winter), I just thought that was normal on extreme temps and the unit not able to quite keep up. Estes & Cain does regular maintenance on our system and I couldn't recommend them more. If you want an honest, professional tech to come check out your AC unit, give them a call. I never have to worry about them overselling or not showing up.
