Just wanted to update my review from recent service. Estes and Cain came out for a heat pump issue during the extremely cold nights a few weeks ago. They were quick to respond, resolved the issue and the fee was reasonable. They continue to give great service year after year. I have used them on my home for several years and the owner and his staff are always professional and polite. They are honest and have reasonable prices typically less the large advertisers. I work at L&L Contractors on the square in Murfreesboro. Over the summer our HVAC unit went out. Estes and Cain arrived shortly after we contacted them and provided wonderful service. They were prompt, were able to diagnose the issue, and very easy to work with! We would highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with this company. The original HVAC installer on my 3 yr old house who had performed the 6 month preventative maintenance each time sold his business so I called Estes and Cain. The technician (Parker) checked my unit and noticed it was not reading as it should. He asked me if I had noticed the unit not keeping up and I had noticed this when the temps were extreme ever since the house was built(summer and winter), I just thought that was normal on extreme temps and the unit not able to quite keep up.
