it took them over three years to finish my boyfriend's house and the whole time it was a struggle. There are things that they promised and never did, things that were broken that they never fixed. He eventually got a spec home for a custom home price, very disappointing. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.
Why would anyone build a beautiful home for a client and not put a window that opens in the master bedroom? I keep waiting—and waiting—to have access to fresh air overnight. And I have to pay for the new window?

We have had the greatest experience in this building process. One would have to build a home with Estes to really understand how thorough and professional they are. We moved in on December 4...unwrapping a lot of "Christmas presents" - all in newspaper and packing material! Their on-line site is wonderful when one does not live close to their project. We highly recommend Estes Builders!

This is the third house I've had built. Working with Estes was by far the best experience of all these construction projects. All new home construction projects will experience unexpected problems and challenges along the way. What really set Estes apart was the efficient and equitable way they help us work through those inevitable problems as they arose. Add to that the craftsmanship of the subs they used and we're all smiles with our new home.
