They have not honored our contract. The technician, Aaron, made such a mess that another tech was sent out. When Aaron was questioned about his work, he became angry. Why won’t y’all just fix what’s wrong and stand by your word? It would cost less to do that, instead of the multiple service calls still with no resolution. DO WHAT IS RIGHT and you’d save some $ on labor. Do what is right And no one else would have to report you to the BBB or leave you negative reviews.
He came out to my house just a few hours after calling him and he repaired my air conditioning unit within 30 minutes. Not to mention it was after hours and his rates were very reasonable. I would definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him.
