Very friendly staff. Wonderful dentist. Always a great visit.
Always serves you in a friendly yet professional manner. Dr. Stein & her staff are always on top of their game.
We typically arrive 5-10 minutes prior to our appointment time. The last 4 visits have resulted in wait times greater than 25 minutes past the appointment time. One appointment had us waiting approximately 40 minutes with no notice upon arrival of the delay. I had to ask several times about how soon we would be seen.

It is extremely frustrating to go to another person for a root canal and then have to go back to the original dentist to have it finished. Years ago, the root canal was finished by the person who specialized in root canals. So I get charged by the regular dentist for the check-up who says I need a root canal, charged by the specialist who did the root canal, charged by the dentist to finish the root canal. The payment that is made for the root canal should cover finishing the root canal. Frustrated!
They were all great with my boys. Made the experience easy and fast.
