Estelia was good natured and answered the phone. She did not advertise as much as promised. She had the property listed at the wrong price for months. The listing was hard to find and understand online. We had to prompt her for any updates, changes, or promotion. We feel she was not proactive but simply waited for a buyer to show up. We had to contact her broker to sort out errors she made on contracts. We do feel she cost us time and money through her inattention.
