Delicious and very special - loved it all
It was great, but a couple of the dishes were not quite what I was expecting. The Lamb ribs were really rustic, but did fall of the bone like you’d expect, and the panna cotta was a bit lazy in its presentation - just in a bowl - where is the.wobble! However, the foie gras with grape leaf was something special - amazing combo of the sweet foie gras and the minerally leaves; and the beef tartare with sunchoke was really enjoyable
