After many fertility treatments, seven miscarriages, four uterine surgeries, and EVERY fertility clinic in the greater Austin and Houston area we decided to expand our search for another clinic. We came across The Valley's Fertility Center with Dr. Brown in McAllen and were immediately able to make an appointment and be seen by him and his incrediable staff. We came up with a "plan" and came to the conclusion that IVF was our next step in the journey to parenthood. I immediately was able to get on the required meds (no waiting... read more

Dr Brown helped me understand why I wasn't able to get pregnant on my own and how I could become the biological mother of child held in another woman's uterus. Dr Brown is professional and courteous. His staff was always available and made me feel comfortable. It is important that women come see Dr Brown because I've always wanted a baby to call my own and I know a lot of other women do to!

We have been trying to have a baby for a while, and end up at dr. brown's office. We had been seeing other drs who had given up on us. When we first visited dr. brown he took his time to explain our issues to us. He offered alternatives that we followed. He was very polite all the time and eager to help us. A couple of months later we found out we are having triplets...God used him to help us. If u r in our shoes don't loose faith and seek help..

A year after we had out daughter, we decided we wanted to have another baby. After trying for months to conceive, we decided to seek medical assistance. We begin fertility treatment with different doctors from Houston to Mexico without success. After 9 years of failed treatments, a friend recommended that we see Dr. Brown. We decided to see him in January 2008. We scheduled an appointment and reviewed our options and decided on ovulation induction. We were pregnant by May 2008 with triplets. In January 2009, I delivered 3 be... read more

I have no doubts that Dr. Brown is experienced and knowledgeable on his area, but he doesn’t have any education. Probably he doesn't have people skills, or maybe he was on a bad mood, or I just don't know the reason why he treated us the way he did. We were asking questions, and he was very rude on answering our questions. Artificial insemination and in vitro procedures are very sensitive topics, and he really made us feel very uncomfortable when we were asking questions, it seems like he was expecting for us to know everyth... read more

Me and my wife began to see Dr. Brown for IVF and Induction to Ovulation to conceive a child. Dr. Brown although seemed to try to be helpful it was difficult for us to respond to his dry humor and poor bedside manner. On one occasion I asked if the procedure will be painful/uncomfortable, he responds bluntly with a tone"You can't swim without getting wet" I just wanted to know if she would be able to drive home on her own or do I need to be there. Dr. Brown lacks empathy especially for a doctor who deals with women who pay c... read more
