I visited the office and everything was top notch, I was very happy with how smooth things went and how polite and respectful the staff were. They scheduled a follow-up 3 weeks from the first appointment. A few days before the second appointment I got a voice mail informing me that I have to call a given number to confirm an appointment or else it will be cancelled. I came here for leg pain. Was seen by Dr. Hennings for less than 20 seconds. The receptionist did most of the work. Was told by Dr Hennings that my pain was due to my weight, even though I told him I was in an accident. I went to another doctor at Desert Orthopedic Center. He did an X-ray and found out my knee had a gap. He gave me my prescription, and I was able to adjust my knee. 7 months of leg pain went away after 2 days. Hooooly s--t. Where do I begin? First off, Dr. Hennings left early and his staff lied about trying to contact me about it. Apparently, the good doctor was in a car accident the week prior and left early to go to rehabilitation. To which I asked myself, "Why would they schedule me in the afternoon knowing he leaves early for rehab?" Then, I waited three hours to talk to a substitute who spent all of thirty seconds to pen a referral. A referral that turned out to be useless.
