Moved here 5 months ago. They were very patient and kind to my family and I as we were relocating from the mainland to Honolulu. The property we were interested we did not see in person but we were too far away so it was impossible. Estates Royal was very honest, upfront and directed us on researching the area as well. In February, I gave notice of my moving out at the end of April. I conducted the move out inspection and told I was good to go. The next day, on the first of May, my account was auto-drawn the rent for the month. I called to get this refunded and was told the only way to get it back was via check pickup. Mildly annoying. But then I call back to schedule a time for pickup and was told they, in fact, could not cut a check due to the funds being "in transit". So I asked if they could halt it, but of course they can't. Hands down the best landlord I have ever had. The property is well kept and they were extremely quick to respond and address any maintenance concerns. I felt the rent I was charged was reasonable and I had no issues with my security deposit. I hope to be able to rent from Estates Royal again!

I have called them and sent in applications and then called to inquire about the units and sent applications. The woman was pleasant when answering the call with an assuring emotion that I'd be called from one of the employees about the various units I had inquired about. I called just before the weekend and she spoke that someone will call during the next "week".
