Some staff ( Male person with Cap especially horrible ) clearly seem burned out from working behind the scenes and answering calls for too long. Their poor communication often comes across as rude and disrespectful. Please retrain or replace them before you lose loyal customers. Customers deserve professional, respectful service—not to feel like you’re doing them a favor.
I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The staff member (Hijab with glass one) who assisted me was rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my prescription. I expect respectful communication when picking up medication. I hope customer service improves.
Estates Pharmacy is one of the best. They go above and beyond to service the clients. I really appreciate their service.
