This is a great place to live with incredible service.
THIS IS A VERY NICE PROPERTY, BUT THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY RUDE, NASTY, DEFENSIVE, wHEN YOU WALK IN I DON'T KNOW IF I'M GOING TO A BROTHEL, CRYSTAL DRESSES READY TO WORH THE STREETS AFTER SHE'S OFF. THEY DON'T DOCUMENT REPAIRS SO YOU HAVE TO CALL A FEW TIMES BEFORE SOMETHING IS DONE. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE STRONGER, IM NOT SURE THE MANAGER HAS WHAT IT TAKES. The location and area are great. The management is not particularly helpful or flexible in dealing with tenant requests/needs. The cost would be worth it if all the "perks" were 100% available. Many times, security gates are left open, pool area is closed for maintenance. There are apparently no security cameras, considering a TV was stolen from the office area. Garages and covered parking are available for reasonable additional price.

i didn't even want to click on a rating stay because they don't deserve that much, won't fix anything. our a/c is not strong enough to cool the entire apartment, we've been given 3 excuses from 3 different people, and our electric bill was over $500 for a 2 bedroom apartment, thats ridiculous! our refrigerator runs all the time and doesn't cool anything, food spoils easily/sooner than it should. asked them to send pest control out for 4 weeks in a row and finally they came after all of us were getting bitten by spiders and w... read more
The complex is conveniently located near schools and daycare. My kids love the on site play area.
There is no close parking. For one building w/ 8 apartments, there were 7 parking spaces available, 4 that are for very small compact cars. My car was dented so many times by other vehicles b/c there is no space. The maintenance was good b/c I had met a couple of the workers and would present my problems to them. If I went to management about any issues the first response would always be defensive.They will nickle and dime you for anything.
