Over the past couple years there have been a ton of vehicle burglaries here. Management has never bothered to hire any kind of security. All they ever do is report it to the police and put out reward notices. I'm afraid for my family's safety, and we will be moving ASAP.
Wish I had listened to online reviews. You will not get your deposit back and will be charged for normal wear and tear when you leave. Management will not listen. Obvious that their policy is to take care of repairs by gouging occupants when lease is up. Our review was done before we moved out. Entered our apartment 2 weeks before lease was up and inspected. Apartment was spotless when we left. Go someplace else. Plenty of good apartments in area. Believe what you read.
Ugh! After living here for a year, I can honestly say I wish we had taken our time looking. To say the least, the remotes for the gates wouldn't work, and the office staff wouldn't exchange them, however, that wasn't really a problem because the gates didn't work either and they were open most of the time. This place is a dump. I hate the management. they are a bunch of liars. THERE IS NO PARKING AFTER 6:00 PM The place was built in 2003 and old. Also the trash can area has wild animals hanging around. Turn around and leave. There is so many new apartment building around this area .
There is nothing good to say about this complex other than it is a good location. I have lived in 8 apartments in my life and have never experienced what I have at this complex. I have lived here for almost a year and have seen this place go downhill so fast. And I have been counting down the days when my lease is up---like every resident here. PLEASE DON't MOVE HERE... RUN Since the day that we moved in we have had issues with management & staff. 2 year considerate tenant,paid by the 1st of every month, maintained & lived cleaner than 90% of most (clean freak), no pets, one teenage child. Paid to lay laminate flooring in unit for xtra 85/mth. Due to traffic (Henderson), tenant changes (lived on 3rd floor and has gotten nastier along the way), construction noise(281 and 1604 interchange)-- shocked to find rent going up w/ renewal. Started out as a great place to live. I dont know what happened to this place but it has turned into a dump. The gorunds are not kept up with as there is dog crap everywhere and i dont even remember the last time they power washed the floors. in the buildings. No leadership in management, loud cars blasting their music every nite and no quality control. I thought paying the high rent was worth the location but unfortunately it was time to leave as its not what it used to be.
