Four years in this neighborhood and my family loves the pool! Always a great atmosphere for the kiddos!
The HOA could use a lot of improvement on its ability to communicate to people, especially to those who reach out. HOA can sometimes get overzealous with its so-called "authority." It's important that you know your rights as a homeowner because they will prey on your ignorance.
Great pool, good splash pool for kids and grand kids, good workout facilities, All for use by residents of ESPHOA and guests.
