I'm sad to hear you had a bad experience with previous management, but I'm glad you renewed your lease and are giving new management company a chance. Bad first off no parking at all. Then water takes long to heat on hot water nothing special as far as built in desks w/d connection none provided and most of the time you call the office they bs or don't answer the phone. Gate hasn't worked in months as well as the fitness center. Management has changed five times in one year. People are rude that live here they make noise slam doors nothing but arguing back and forth between tenant to tenant over noise which doesn't seem to affect the office people.
