I have lived in these apartments for a total of about 6 years now and its been so great. The Owner is so helpful and having great neighbors has made living here such a great experience. I highly recommend this apartment!!!
This place is home for the young, for the elderly, and everyone in between. I lived here for over 10 years. I grew up at these apartments and loved them so much that I got my own apartment with my boyfriend. I highly recommend this place. The landlord is wonderful and so is the maintenance. Also take note of the square footage and price that you pay for that large size. It’s impossible to find that anywhere safe in Colorado Springs, but you can find it here! And it is a lovely neighborhood.
We lived here 2 years and absolutely loved calling Estates at Cheyenne Boulevard our home. The neighbors were all very nice and respectful. Dale, the landlord, was always so responsive, attentive, and genuine. There were times if he caught us outside, he would always ask if there was anything we needed. We truly felt welcomed from the day we moved in to the day we left. Thank you Dale and neighbors for a wonderful two years. We’ll miss you!
