Verified Renter When I first moved here things were really nice. There were apartment upgrades offered and more community gatherings but now it seems things are not as kept. Pet waste everywhere.

The Slums at Bellwood Used to be the best apartments in Greenville. Now the new owners are ruining them. All they care about is profits. When we moved in the apartment had nice fixtures, appliances, carpet, ect. Now the new owners are replacing anything that breaks or wears out with absolutely the cheapest product they can find. Old, out of date appliances made in Mexico.... (All plastic! and instructions in Spanish only). Chrome and metal faucets are replaced with old two handle plastic faucets. Lackluster for the Money From management's lack of customer service to the algae growing on the exterior walls of every third building, this place is headed in the wrong direction. Moved in almost 3 years ago and really loved the family oriented neighborhood feel to this property. Since then, things have gone downhill. Trash compactor is out in the open and not run often enough (frequently overflowing with bags running down the steps leading up to it). Dog park is tiny and laughable.
