Verified Renter The staff is amazing and the location is great for being located off Woodruff Rd! I also love having assigned parking spots and mailboxes right outside of our unit!

Verified Renter The floor plans are great! So much potential in the community. Unfortunately, management is running the community into the ground despite increasing rent astronomically. Very sad.

Verified Renter First the pros, I have a 3 bedroom 1 story unit with a spacious split floor plan that affords privacy within the unit. Maintenance people are prompt, courteous and relatively knowledgeable. Community is quiet and well maintained. Now the cons, the trash situation is atrocious and I'm sure against health codes. It's overflowing with trash bags on steps and located next to a child's playground. Which is a dangerous place to have it anyway. Those kids are exposed to possible rats. Verified Renter Garbage area is disgraceful. Overflowing and smells . Childrens playground is right next to the dumpster and risks of having rats because of the garbage situation. You have one dumpster for this entire community and it's not enough !! All and all, our community is quiet and neighbors are respectful of your living space.
