Called to get an estimate on some tree removals. The office could not provide me with any details at all. When the estimate would take place, when the person doing the estimate would be reaching out and then began to argue with me on why she can’t even give a timeline (I.E. someone will be reaching out to you in 48 hours, a week.... anything) If you don’t mind having no information this would be a great spot to start. If you’re looking for good customer service, my suggestion would be to search elsewhere.
