Took off work for this estate sale looking for a very special bag I saw listed in photos. Waited 2.5 hours to be front of the line. Got inside. Lady said she’d had someone message her ahead of time and Zelle her. The post said cash, no credit cards I was there cash in hand. Sad and mad if you’re going to take presales, say that. They were also understaffed and overwhelmed. Didn’t even look at the list. Just let ‘the first 10’ rush in. Some lady was saying she was my number when she obviously was not.

Offered to buy all the train stuff left over from the sale was told the Lionel train sets were sold but everything else which were lots of boxed Lionel cars Transformers and other side items among other train items As I understood all the sets were sold I get there as agreed and all has been sold to someone else, so I made the appropriate time I was supposed to be there brought help with me trucks and trailers for nothing and when I call Rachel to say that I've been lied to she says I misunderstood what she said and that I w... read more

This is truly a great company. They are caring, effecient, and reasonablly priced with decades of good reputation. Our mother passed away and none of us live in Tulsa, yet Rachel dealt with the contents of the house for us, turning the house into a store, where people could browse from room to room. Every item of my mother's had been sorted, arranged on shelves, and had a price tag.
