Potential buyers beware. Deep disappointment is the feeling I’m sitting with after receiving my order from Estate Millwork. I received doors that were prepared for paint, not prepared to be stained - in other words, doors loaded with wood putty. All casing headers were shipped too short. One month after the front door was installed, the lock rail separated from the latch stile. The owner refused to take any responsibility for any of these problems - instead blamed me. Estate Millwork Inc are an absolute pleasure to work with and a company with integrity and honor. I searched high and low for a company like this and this is definitely a 5 star company.
