This Store Has Folded! (update) Thanks to everyone that communicated that Estate Interiors has reopened. It was just a matter of Karen folding up shop due to lease problems and not bothering to tell the very folks who help her make a living. My wife went in to the store and did not see our lamps. Karen looked up our records and yes, the lamps were sold and proceeded to write us a check. Had I been there, I would have asked how long ago the lamps sold, when was she going to mail us a check (per the agreement contract), and wh... read more

BACK ON HER FEET! Despite having multiple lease problems by no fault of her own, Karen Douglas persevered through several expensive moves. We sold a number of fine pieces through her, commanding excellent prices. We have also purchased some pieces. After a bit of a wait, because of the many moves, she paid us the many thousands owed. We are pleased that she is back on her feet and uses her considerable knowledge of antiques and estate furniture to provide excellent service to both sellers and buyers.

Great store! I have known Karen Douglas for 15 years. She runs a great business but finding a good location where she hasn't been shuffled around has been very difficult. I understand why some consignors were very upset when she disappeared. I also assumed she was out of business and was very happy to see her store is back. Please patronize and support this business.

GREAT STORE My wife and I have bought and sold several items of furniture through Estate Interiors. The owner, Karen Douglas has had some difficulties with lease arrangements and finding a permanent location for her business. These disruptions caused many consignment owners, including us to be concerned about being paid. However, Karen contacted us and paid us every cent that we where due. We highly respect Karen and consider her to have great integrity. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. We give Karen and E... read more

Great Experience A great store! I've gone in several times and always found something new to fall in love with. The prices are reasonable too. I'm glad I found it again. It used to be on Main Street in downtown Bellevue, but they moved suddenly. The people at Far Fetched (thanks!) told me where they went. Thank goodness! My husband may not like me coming home with new pieces for the house, but at least we have a great way to sell things that we are replacing. If only I could be convinced to let the old stuff go. Ha!

5 Star consignment furniture I am so thrilled that Karen has settled into a fantastic new spot at the old Safeway location opposite Bellevue Square. As usual she has put her artistic talents and discerning taste to work using the furnishings and collectibles provided by her high end consigners. You can find Waterford, Baccarat, Rosenthal, to name a few, all at least 50% lower than dept. stores. There are so many exclusive items and one of a kind pieces. It is hard to leave without finding something you will love. In fact you... read more

Karen Douglas, Owner, Estate Interiors My sincere apologies to all past consignors of Estate Interiors that I have been unable to contact each of you regarding the status of our location as well as the status of your individual consignments. In the past 16 months, we have had to move our business five times! The last time we were given such short notice, we quickly packed and moved everything into storage not realizing it would take six months to find a new location. All records, computers, inventory, etc. were packed inside... read more

I think they've just moved I noticed what I thought was a new store on NE 8th Street east of the Hyatt, and found this post when I Googled the shop name. Hope they've touched base with you folks who had left consignments with them. Looks like they're still in business.
