Best customer service I seen. Great quality watches and Diamonds.
Will never go back. Came in to understand the value of gold and silver we'd inherited, and he asked me to name a price (I know nothing about precious metals), as if we were haggling in the bazaar. Then, he accused me of being ungrateful for the free Coca-Cola he had set out.
Wet nice place for watches and jewelry. I sold an older watch to the owner, Sam. I received what I feel was a very fair price. Nice people to do business with. Felt honest.
We came into some silver and gold coins recently after my mother in law died It has been a very hard thing to deal with. Felt comfortable dealing with Sam and his staff. I have done some research but really don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to this stuff. Sam was open about his margins and treated me with kindness and patience. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. Definitely where we’ll end up selling the rest of the collection. Thanks again y’all. Appreciate your help.
