CROSSING BORDERS – Whatever you do, don't ever go to this place. The owner just probably obtained her training in Juarez. She does not speak English, which makes it very difficult for any client to communicate with her. She is s-l-o-w and it appears she lacks confidence. I would, too, if I messed up people's hair!
