It's only a week that I moved in. Everything was good so far. Staff are friendly and caring. I'll keep updating my review as it goes on :)
I honestly never hated living anywhere else more than here. The light got cut off last night everyone walking around in the dark trying to get their pets into their car cause it was getting so hot, our so called 24/7 maintenance was no where to be found the phone would just hang up when you'll dial for assistance. I pay to fucking much for this place and I can't get out my dam lease cause they want to charge me $2,600 I fucking hate living here horrible staff and no communication what so ever. Former resident. Avoid like the plague. Dozens of families kicked out on the street, unable to afford 50% spike in rent prices.

If you have kids and you worry about them, don't live in Establishment. If you looking for an organized life, don't approach Establishment. Band company is running this apartment. the keep boosting their prices for nothing. Their main concern is how to collect money without providing services. The changed the utilities company and now the bills are higher and this is stupid. They have removed the outside main gates and made our kids vulnerable to strangers and random traffics.
