Superb service and quality I needed carpet changed in an apartment ASAP between renters. Sales Manager Timothy Papinchak was able to have it installed the next day! Very hi quality work....and no scratches on baseboards either?
do not buy from this firm This company would not fix my carpet which they installed and which rippled along every seam...they will yes you to death, but they have no intention of fixing the problem...amazingly...even if you are willing to pay for the repair
Unwilling to fix their mistake Had Essis install flooring in kitchen. There is something working its way up through the new flooring (nail, stone, dirt). They said it wasn't their fault and that I would have to pay to have it fixed. Do they think that I ripped up the new floor, put something under it then re-glued it? I paid over $3,000 for this floor and don't feel that I should have to pay for their mistake. I need three other rooms done, but will take my business elsewhere.
