There cleanings are ok from time to time. But today they hurt my gums to much giving me my monthly cleaning. Would like it if they’d be more gentle.

Do not go to this I called them a month my account refund when theyou over charged my debit card.I was very respectful and had called about the issue twice before. The office Manger Jen hung up on me when i called back they told me she was not in this all happened because I caused for theme to provide adequate feedback on the issue in a timely manner guess that's how they operate!!! Dr. Hatia and her team are great but over the last few years I have been having a lot of problems with the office staff and billing. I never get any help to resolve the issues and am treated poorly. This is a shame because it took me a long time to find such a great dentist.

It's hard to find a good dentist, fortunately I found this Diamond all the way in Joliet. Today my routine visit turned out to be NOT so routine . Thank you Dr. Hatia again for taking such great care of me, relieving me of my pain and discomfort. I came unprepared for this procedure, however your very pleasing bedside manner allowed me to make it through .
