We recently wrapped up a very fairly-priced project that entailed a large down-to-the-studs renovation of a bath/laundry/office space within a 150 year old home. Significant plumbing moves and floor joist leveling and sistering was required and Essig was more than capable of taking on this scope with a trustworthy combination of in-house and subcontracted tradesmen. Essig’s handyman division has helped me out with multiple house projects & have always done a wonderful job! I’ve worked with a few different handymen and all have been very communicative throughout the process.
I have done 3 total-gut remodeling jobs, the most recent one with Essig Renovation and Design. It was nearly a complete rebuild of the interior of our house due to a broken pipe that sent 34,000 gallons of water through the house. (Note: Essig did the rebuild, not the remediation). They are, by far, head and shoulders above any contractor we’ve worked with.
