We recently wrapped up a very fairly-priced project that entailed a large down-to-the-studs renovation of a bath/laundry/office space within a 150 year old home. Significant plumbing moves and floor joist leveling and sistering was required and Essig was more than capable of taking on this scope with a trustworthy combination of in-house and subcontracted tradesmen. Essig’s handyman division has helped me out with multiple house projects & have always done a wonderful job! I’ve worked with a few different handymen and all have been very communicative throughout the process.
I have done 3 total-gut remodeling jobs, the most recent one with Essig Renovation and Design. It was nearly a complete rebuild of the interior of our house due to a broken pipe that sent 34,000 gallons of water through the house. (Note: Essig did the rebuild, not the remediation). They are, by far, head and shoulders above any contractor we’ve worked with. One of their employees hit my car and damaged my bumper and they’re refusing to take accountability or fix my bumper🙃 Please consider a more honest group of people when trying to find a renovation company! It seems this companies motto is deny deny deny.
