Horrible experience...new management company is terrible, buyer beware!
Aaron Catalani did all the right things a leasing consultant/manager should do. From the beginning he has helped me understand every single detail I needed to know and went out of his way to send me a list of units that suited my budget and my needs. He follows up when necessary and not persistent like some leasing agents are. Although I went a different direction, I cannot recommend him enough for all the help he has given.
If there was an option for negative 1,000, that would be appropriate. Apartment at Pinnacle was filthy at move in. 3rd floor neighbors upstairs let their dogs pee off the balcony.
