After being a model tenant at one of their properties and paying an exorbitant amount for a one bedroom apartment, they kept a chunk of my deposit because "there was lint in the dryer", "the toilet had a spot in it" (I SCRUBBED it upon move out-- it was a stain from hard water), and "the fridge could've been cleaned better" (it was fully emptied and scrubbed as well"). Special shot out to Carlito and David who makes even the smallest problems a priority. They helped to fix my problem on time with the most positive and lovely attitude.
I lived here for three months before leaving! They have poor management, foul smells, and problems with homeless wandering the units. Terrible place to live! Don’t trust them with your money! THERE IS A CURRENT CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM FOR ILLEGAL FINES!! THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER MY CALLS AND ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF! FRAUD OF A COMPANY
